Find Your Way Around the Dashboard

After you sign in, you land on Overview. It's a good page to check each morning: it shows how hiring is going and what's waiting for you.

What's in the sidebar

  • Overview is your hiring summary.
  • Manage Jobs is where you create and run jobs.
  • Candidates lists everyone who has applied.
  • Interviews shows your interview calendar.
  • Assessments holds your tests and take-home assignments.
  • Manage Offers lists every offer. Interviewers don't see this one.
  • Templates holds your emails and interview types.
  • Settings covers your company, profile, careers page, users and integrations. You'll only see the parts your role can use.

Reading the numbers

Use the two menus at the top to pick a period (the last 7, 30 or 90 days) and a department. All the figures update to match.

  • New applications is how many people applied in that period.
  • Open positions is how many jobs are published right now.
  • Time to hire is the average number of days from applying to accepting an offer.
  • Offer acceptance is the percentage of offers sent in that period that were accepted.

Below them, the Applications and hires chart shows whether interest is turning into actual hires. The pipeline chart shows how many people are at each stage, so if a stage is piling up, you'll see it here.

Hiring Managers only see numbers for their own jobs.

See what needs you today

The attention panel is the most useful part of the page. It lists candidates who've been stuck in a stage for several days, offers still waiting for an answer, this week's interviews, and anyone who applied in the last 24 hours.

Export a report

Need the numbers in a spreadsheet? Select Export report and choose CSV, which opens in Excel or Google Sheets. There's also JSON if a developer needs the data.

If you're an Interviewer

Your Overview is simpler. Needs you today shows your interviews today, your interviews over the next 7 days, and any scorecards you still owe.
